Please tell us about your current plans after high school and what inspired you to choose this path? Attending BSU. I always wanted to go to college, and I learned that BSU has a good club hockey team that I could have fun playing for.

Please tell us a little bit about your family. Both of my parents are teachers at Wood River Middle School. My brother is attending University of Montana as a sophomore, but he is home because of the virus. My sister is also a teacher at the high school, so everyone in my immediate family is connected to education somehow. I am the youngest of the siblings at 18, my brother just turned 20, and my sister will be turning 29 in May.

What are couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?  I love Dang’s Thai Cuisine, La Cabanita Mex, The Wicked Spud, Mahoney’s Bar & Grill, Silver Dragon, KB’s, Wiseguy Pizza Pie, and South Valley Pizzeria.

Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?  I met an ex NHL player, Scott Gomez.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?  I think I would like to visit Hawaii. That’s where I was going to be visiting as a gift for graduation but the virus will likely cancel those plans.

What is one of your favorite movies? TV showsMovie: Thor Ragnarok and TV Show: All American.

What’s the best advice you ever received from a teacher? Who was the teacher?  Always do the homework because you won’t fail the class, and don’t be afraid to come in after school for help. – James Foster.

What is your go to band / singer when you can’t decide what to listen to?  Not band, but I go to rappers Travis Scott and Lil Uzi Vert.

What one word best describes you? Why?  Friendly. Sometimes I’m too humble and friendly that it makes things worse for myself, but I strive to be as kind as possible.

What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?  I love how it’s a ski town. I love skiing with my friends and I love all the people and business it brings to our community.

Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?  Maybe getting a job here in the valley and returning to my hometown.

What show are you binge-watching right now?  Outer Banks.

What is something interesting most people don’t know about you?  I’m known as the hockey player, people know I play hockey. It’s all I talk about sometimes. I actually was assistant captain of the team my junior year and captain of the team my senior year. I have touched the Stanley Cup, which is the trophy for the NHL playoffs.

Who inspires you to be better?  My family. They always push me harder, and show support for everything I do.

If you could go back over your entire school career, what is one thing you would do differently? I would have run the two miles for soccer tryouts in the summer instead of on the first day of tryouts my junior year.

Who or what do you miss the most right now?  I miss my friends, and now that high school is over, I miss playing hockey, soccer, and lacrosse with all of my closest friends.

What’s the first thing you want to do when this quarantine is over? I want to go out to eat, hang with my friends, and go to a party.
